Pest Inspections

A FREE pest inspection is offered with every home inspection! I will inspect for active or inactive infestations of termites, wood boring beetles, carpenter bees, and carpenter ants. (Pest are also called Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO). If active infestations are discovered, treatment will be recommended. Wood damage caused by pest will also be inspected to determine if there are structural concerns in need of repairs. Form NPMA-33 will be completed for your official records and attached to your inspection report.
