Home Inspections
I understand that purchasing and selling a home is one of the largest investments you’ll make during your lifetime. My comprehensive inspection and same day report will give you the confidence you’ll need to make the best decision on your purchase. I approach the inspection from an educational standpoint so you can understand any issues and prioritize them. My inspections take approximately 3 hours to complete depending on the size and age of the home as well as the services included in the inspection. I promise to inspect your home as if I were buying it.
Included Components

Structural Systems
Foundations, grading and drainage, basements, walkways, floors, decks, handrails, guardrails. walls, and ceiling structures.
Roofing
Roof coverings, drainage systems, flashings and skylights, chimneys, and other roof penetrations.
Electrical Systems
Service entrance and panels, branch circuits, connected devices and fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and ensuring your outlets are GFCI-protected.
House Envelope
Siding, soffits, gutters, downspouts, windows, and doors.
Plumbing
Fixtures and faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste and vent systems, water heater, flues and chimneys, and any sump pumps or fuel storage and distribution systems.
Heating, Vents, HVAC
Heating and cooling equipment, ducts, vents, and flues.
Built-in Appliances
Dishwasher, garbage disposal, range hood, range or oven, cooktop, microwave, trash compactor, bathroom exhaust fans, garage door operator, and other built-in appliances.
Attic
Insulation, ventilation, exhaust vents, and structural/mechanical components.
