My goal is to provide all the inspection services (one stop shop) your client will need, so you don’t have to make multiple phone calls, enlist multiple agencies, and waste valuable time.
Scheduling
My website has an easy-to-use online scheduler so you can see my availability and get me scheduled instantly! If you prefer, I’m happy to schedule the inspection for your client.
Communication
After getting scheduled, you and your client will receive confirmation emails throughout each step of the inspection process. Also, I handle online inspection agreements and payments with your client, so you don’t have to.
Reports
Inspection reports are sent out the same day as the inspection so you can quickly process the inspection with your client. My reports also include a Repair Request Builder. This helps you simply copy and paste my report language into your document when you ask for repairs or concessions.
Referrals
If your client is planning on making improvements or repairs to the home after closing, I’m happy to include a Preferred Contractors List upon request.
